Promotion

Be in to win a dining experience at Strawberry Fare for two worth $200.00 in Christchurch. 

Promotion period 

Campaign Promotion commences at 9am Thursday the 5th of June (NZT) and ends at 11:59pm on Thursday the 19th of June 2025. All online entries must be received by the closing time frame as stated.

Promoter

The Promoter of the Campaign is First Table Limited. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.

Eligible Entrants 

This Campaign is open to those who enter via Instagram or First Table’s competition entry form and who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of New Zealand and is void where prohibited by law. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of First Table as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

How to Enter

The Campaign must be entered by following First Table and Strawberry Fare on Instagram, and tagging who you'd share the prize with on this Instagram reel. If you are unable to enter on Social Media, you can enter by completing and submitting the entry form on this webpage. Multiple entries are allowed. 

The entry must fulfil all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Multiple entries from the same person are accepted in this promotion period. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of First Table. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of First Table.

Prize

The Competition Winner of this First Table and Strawberry Fare competition will win a dining experience at Strawberry Fate for two worth $200.00 in Christchurch. The prize is only valid at Strawberry Fare. The prize does not include any alcohol. 

The prize cannot be redeemed in conjunction with the First Table discount, the winner must book directly, the prize is subject to booking availability and must be claimed within six months of the competition closing. 

The prize value must be used in one sitting and cannot be split over numerous dining experiences. The Winner is responsible for additional costs not specifically included in this prize.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected by a random drawing of the promotion under the supervision of First Table within 48 hours of the competition ending. The Winner will be notified by email. First Table shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within four days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

Claiming Prize 

First Table will pass on the Winner's contact information to Strawberry Fare in order to organise the experience.

The Prize must be redeemed by the 19th of December 2025 or is otherwise invalid. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.

Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for First Table to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Rights Granted by You

By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that First Table, anyone acting on behalf of First Table, and First Table licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World. This is without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
